Hello XXXXXXX and thanks for posting the query
The symptoms you have explained in your query indicate some infection like bacterial at the site of stitching. You must immediately consult your treating doctor and get proper aseptic dressing and effective antibiotic. As there is no pus and only clear liquid the infection is superficial and resolve early by starting treatment and doing aseptic dressing.

Follow some instructions for better healing:
1. Keep the area hygienic and do not touch any non sterile instrument or hand to that part.
2. Do only sterile dressing of the wound.
3. Wash the area with aseptic solution before dressing.
4. If dressing material get soaked with fluid than change the dressing.
5. As the injury is on the face you have to be more careful as per cosmetic is concern.

Hope this will help you. Write back if you have another queries. I will be happy to answer them.
Best Wishes and have a speedy recovery.
