Hello XXXXX
Tell me more about the causation, duration, sensation, aggravating and ameliorating conditions, your mental disposition now and before the onset of symptoms. For curative treatment, get back to me with more details about YOU. If not my advice to you is to consult an expert Homoeopath. With Best Wishes, Dr C. J. Varghese, Homoeopath, YYYY@YYYY , +91 0000

Brief Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
Thank you for the follow up query and the details you provided. But still that much of information is not sufficient for me to make a prescription.
If you do not mind, take some more time to fill up your case in a case receiving format which I am herewith attaching below. Because, in Homoeopathy we do not have a pain killer to relieve your pain. We strengthen your constitution by giving your constitutional remedy and thus your disease gets cured.
More details are invited in order to understand your constitution.
As soon as I receive it, I will study your case and prescribe your curative remedy for you.
Therefore send it back at the earliest.
With Best Wishes,
Dr C. J. Varghese,
