Question: Hi

What causes blotchy marks on upper arms? It isn't itchy and has only been present for a month or 2. I have no allergies and haven't changed lotions or soaps. It is below the skin and not a rash

Splotchy marks can be purpuric lesions, pityriasis rosea, insect bite, urticaria, etc.

Can you provide few other information which can help you comment about it better?

1. Are they painful?
2. Are they spreading or static?
3. Do you have fever or other symptom at the time it began?
4. Are you on any medication presently?

Can you upload photos of the affected part?
