Have Blockage In Nose Due To Unwanted Muscle Growth. Given Monteemac And Nezaflo. Need For Surgery?

Question: Hello Sir ,
I am told that i have blockage in left nose due to unwanted muscle growth inside and given the following medications
1)Tab monteemac - Fx
2)NEZAFLO nsal spray

and also told that these might nothelp reduce the blockages , ,if the surgerey is mandatory , how complicated is the operation...also Is there a laser surgery possible for this ?

Thanks for your query.
As you told you have nasal polyp which causes obstruction to nasal secretions. You will definitely get some help with the above two medications, if you have associated allergic symptoms and if the polyp has arisen due to allergy it may decrease in size also. It depends on the size of the polyp whether to get operated or not. Better XXXXXXX an ENT surgeon who may advise a CT scan for assessment.
The surgery is a simple one and you may go home in a day or two....
