Hi,

What you describe is termed as nocturnal emission or night fall. This is a perfectly normal phenomena which doesn't need any treatment.

The old stored semen need to be ejaculated every now and then; so as to store fresh and quality semen is stored. If ejaculation doesn't manually either by masturbation or sexual intercourse, nature has designed night falls to automatically dispense off them. It is therefore a particularly normal event which should not bother you.

Regular masturbation / sexual intercourse will stop those occasional night falls.

Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need clarification.

If you do not have sexual partner, then perhaps masturbating at least once a month will lower night fall episodes.

Hope it is clear now. Let me know if you need clarification.
