Have a low blood pressure, increased pulse rate with low temperature. What should I do?

My BP is 76/61. Pulse 103. I am 63 year old female. Also have low grade temp

You have a low blood pressure, increased pulse rate with temperature. These symptoms concerns me. And you should consider consulting your physician as soon as possible.

The symptoms points towards bacterial/viral infection and therefore you need to run on some lab tests.
