Have a bicornuate uterus with rudimentary horn. Tubectomy done. Planning another pregnancy. Advice?

I have a bicornuate uterus with rudimentary horn, on right side..Tubectomy on right side was done after my first child was delivered. Is it ok to have a second child now. Will there be no complications

Can you please provide some more info?
Did you have a natural conception in the past?
How old is your child?
Did you deliver by C section?
Why was the tubectomy done?
