Brief Answer:
HRT

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Hot flashes after surgical menopause is usually treated with hormonal medication. Estrogen is the hormone which is reduced after removal of the ovaries, and that has to be supplied in the form of hormonal replacement therapy(HRT).

You cannot get such medication via the internet.
You need to see your gynecologist for a prescription.
