Had Surgery On Face. How To Remove Black Spots From Face?

Question: Hi sir, I am XXXXXXX (29 years old) 6 years back surgery has done on my face (right side of chin) doctor did removed the skin from my thigh and attached on the face, but Black spot is not clear, can you give me right solution (any ointment or medicine to clear the black mark)
GIVE GOOD medicin to cleat the black spot on my face
give me any cream to clear or medician to cler the black spot, after surgery why not clear the black spot? why it is not come normal skin ? what is use of surgery?
i required again surgery for clear the black spot.
give me good medician to clear the black spots
