I had my sigmoid colon taken out 11 weeks ago. May I eat strawberries and nuts now?

Thanks for the query.
Usually fruits with small seeds like strawberries and nuts are not recommended after resection of sigmoid colon.
Instead of them, cooked vegetables and fruits without skin can be taken.
Watermelon, melon, bananas etc can be taken.
You can take white bread, pasta etc.
The dietary requirements can vary from person to person.
So once consult your surgeon and follow his advice.
