Question: Hello dr XXXXXXX recently I had safe sex with a female after 2 days the top of my penis started to get this stinging sensation the pain comes and goes. What can this be ? Theres no signs of bumps or rashes so I dont think its a std

Since you had safe sex, there should be no worry.
The pain may just be the anxiety part.
Still you need to consult if you develop
1. Any rash, ulcer, nodule or wart.
2. Any discharge from the urethra.
3. The pain persists.
4. Groin swelling.
