Had ligament rupture in knee. Treatment?

hi , last sunday i had 2 ligament ruptures in my right knee . I wanted your advice on how i should go further in my treatment.

Thanks for sending query to us.

The information you have send is very brief and insufficient.
However, you should do following, apart from consulting a nearby Orthopedic Surgeon.

1. AKBK braces to protect the ligament
2. Ice application to reduce swelling, pain relief and faster healing.
3. MRI and X-ray to find out exactly, what type of ligament is torn and how serious it is.
4. Take rest and avoid stressful activities
5. You may require some painkillers that can be of some help.

Further advice depends on type of ligament and extends of injury.
