Thanks for posting your query.

First thing you should do is get your scars checked up by your doctor and confirm that it has healed up. (By now it normally heals up)

After confirming that there is no problem what so ever with the scar start with small walk. Do not over exert yourself. You may take your baby in a stroller along with you. Exercise of any body part will reduce fat deposits in the body. (Do not think that exercise of arms will not affect abdominal fat)
Increase this walking distance slowly and the pace steadily.

Do gentle sit ups. This will increase the tone of abdominal muscles. (For doing this the scar should be healed up perfectly) Stop before you are tired.

For the pelvic floor muscles try squeezing the pelvic floor muscles as if your are trying to stop urination in between. This will increase their tone.

Try cycling and if possible swimming.
Eat a healthy balanced diet XXXXXXX in fruits and vegetables. This will help to reduce the extra fat.

Also, I have one strong and important suggestion. Breast feed your baby. It helps to reduce around 500cals a day without any hard work. It has several advantages to your baby also. It helps in his brain development and protects against infections.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
