MODERATE SUPRASPINATUS TENDENOSIS WITH PARTIAL ARTICULAR SURFACE FRAYING INVOLVING 50% OF THE FIBERS.
MODERATE TENDINOSIS OF THE INTRA-ARTICULAR PORTION OF LONG BICEPS TENDON AND MILD SUBLUXATION OF THE TENDON INTO TORN FIBERS OF THE SUBSCAPULARIS.?
