Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

Minimal collection and air are quite common after Laparoscopy Cholecystectomy.
Counts of 11.9 is slightly on higher side and is likely to be due to small collection at the site of removal of Gall bladder

It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information

1. Was the Surgery done electively or it was emergency surgery ?

2. Does your mother have medical disorders like Diabetis or Hypertension

3. Is she having fever ?

4. Is her abdomen distended?

5. Was erect X ray of abdomen taken . Ct scan is also likely to pick up intestinal obstruction

6. Kindly provide me list of investigation done after Surgery

7. Was urine examination and chest X ray done ?

Awaiting your response

Take care
