Brief Answer:
Urinary tract/bladder infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I understand your concern. You are saying :

- have pain in bladder area especially when raising hands
- did already urine analysis for infection and LEU resulted 70+. This means that you are having urinary tract infection because LEU should be less than 10 normally in the urine.

Your bladder might have become infected/inflamed too as you are having pain in bladder area.

A further abdominal ultrasound is recommended to check your internal organs and urinary pathways.

You need to start immediate treatment with antibiotics, for which you need a prescription.

Should also take urinary antiseptic containing cranberry.

Wish fast recovery.
