Going to gym regularly. Smoke. How to increase muscles built up by diet?

Dear patient,

Thanks for your health concerns. The best foods are high protein content foods: lean beef, chicken, soy, eggs, fish. Avoid excess alcohol and caffeine. The recommendations for athletes in your situation would be to consume at least 1.5-2 g of protein per kg of weight per day; before you endorse a special diet, please consult with your doctor to make sure that kidney and liver function are OK.
