I have sharp to crapping pains in my stomach within minutes of eating breakfast every morning

I always eat muesli with milk

Pain that occurs after food intake could be due to gastric ulcer, mesentric ischemia or pancreatitis.
You need to undergo blood tests/endoscopy/scan to find the cause.
