Hi,

Welcome to XXXXXXX

When nerves inside tooth are exposed to environment, it become sensitive to hot and cold.

It can occur due to erosion, exposed nerve roots and decaying teeth.

You should get your teeth examined with a Dentist.

Mean while you can use desensitizing tooth pastes like Sensodent-kf for relief.

You should clean your teeth daily after lunch, dinner and before going to bed.

If you have further query, please feel free to ask.

With good wishes,
