Getting Pimples On Chest. Red In Colour And Spreading. What Could Be The Reason?

Question: hi ... I have got pimples on my chest . It's right in the center and there are quite a few I have never had this in the past. Not sure what the reason is. If I press, it does pain . it's red in colour and i feel the number is growing.
