Question: I will get from time to time cramps (I think) a pain will wake me from my sleep, in the area of the rectum, but now also from the vagina and rectum area, a true hard pain, I remain quiet in bed waiting for it to pass, after a while I have to get up and walk around. waiting for it to slowly go.

There are a few questions.
Do you have constipation?
Did you have any injury in that local area?
Generally this is due to anal spasm due to irritation of the anal nerves.
This can also happen due to some electrolyte disturbances.
Initially take lots of rehydrating fluids before you go to sleep.
If the problem persists you may need to have a proctoscopy done.
Consult your doctor if the problem persists.
