Question: Hi From Last few of days , Feeling a lot of pain in back upper side. Some time its very difficult to bow.

Most common reason for back pain is back muscle sprain. It can happen due to muscle Iinjury or overexertion which leads to muscle fatigue. Antiinflammatory with muscle relaxant with physiotherapy such as interferential therapy should help. I would suggest to consult a spine specialist to rule out disc problems. You need to work on your muscles to prevent future episodes. Thanks.
