Getting gas in chest and back during evening time. What should be done?

Question
sir now my problem is that i have gas trapped in my left upper chest and back in the late evening and early morning
i does not hurt me or give me pain but i feel mild perssure around that area upon pressing that part make me burp alot and then i am at ease and secondly i have noticed when ever i eat grapes,watermellon i pass watery stools
and outside food also make me pass loose stools kindly give me some remedy

It looks like you are having acid reflux disease and probably a hiatal hernia.
An upper GI endoscopy and a barium xray may be done for evaluation.

When you have loose stools, try to eat more yogurt and probiotic supplements for faster relief.

sir do you wish i surely go for upper gi endoscopy or u suggest me medicines to as i can try and check out if the symptoms subsides or not . as i am suffering this since last week only
