Avoid oily, spicy, fried, and left over food, too much exposure to heat, dry and windy climate, stress. . Avoid newly harvested cereals, black gram, radish, sour and heavy substances, milk, curd, sugarcane products, and jaggery, sleeping during day right after meals . Take old barley, wheat, brown rice, green vegetables, boiled and filtered water to drink, green gram, pigeon pea, masura, patola, kakamachi, garlic, cucumber, bitter dietary substances, old ghee, sesame oil, nimba oil, cow’s urine, good sleep, along with regular morning walk of 45 minutes. .
