Welcome to XXXXXXX

Flatulence can occur due to poor digestion &/or constipation.

Please let me know, how many times in a day, you use to drink tea and coffee?

Do you go for walk in morning and evening?

When there gap between food is more, how many tea/coffee you take during that?

Thanks for posting your query.

Generally i walk for around 1 km. Nowadays i have started going for morning walk. Actually before problem started i was having tea/cofee 3-4 times. Also i used to take morning tea after that there was a gap of 2-3 hours before i take food. That used to alleviate my gas formation problem. Between my digestion is good.

You diet should be fiber XXXXXXX

You should drink more water.

Avoid foods, which cause more flatulence.

Take pre & probitic capsule one daily for a week.

Take Tablet Unienzyme twice daily after meal for a week.

Take Tab. Supradyn one daily with food for 15 days.

In case of no improvement, get tests for liver profile done.
