Brief Answer:
Proper tests are necessary

Detailed Answer:
Namaskar Mrs XXXXXXX

Gynaset is used for absent menses ( if not pregnant), endometriosis and other gynecological problems.

You Should NOT use it. You should not use anything that may cause hormonal imbalance.

Coming back to your main problem of not conceiving...

It is good that you have completed the anti-tuberculosis treatment.

You and your Husband have to be very systematically diagnosed ::
First of all- Has your husband gone Semen analysis? Is it normal?
Have you undergone the following tests?
*Tubal patency test during Laparoscopy or by X-ray test called Hystero-salpingo-graphy (HSG)?
*Ovulation studies- by ultrasonography during the mid-menstrual period?
*Hormonal Studies like Thyroid function tests/ FSH/ LH /Estrogen/ Progesterone?
*TORCH test by blood testing?

All these test are to be normal - to get a pregnancy.
Do not worry about the cyst on one side.. it is not that important.
If you have not been ordered these tests- Change your Gynecologist and take a second opinion of a reputed Gynecologist. You are in Ahmedabad, a big , good city.

All the best .

3)Ovulation studies has been done with me , every month i had healthy follicles and natural ruptures. At very first study cycle they started with clomid but didnt get success as it formed cyst everytime in my ovary so i refused to take it \
3) I refused to take after 2-3 cycles.
4) My hormonal test was done it was imbalanced LH:FSH IS 2:1
i dont know about thyroid/ estrogen/progesteron

Brief Answer:
HSG and TORCH. Follow few things

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
You can post the photographs of the reports- attached to this query, we have this great facility.

Suggested management:
*HSG to confirm tubal patency- fresh test
*TORCH and thyroid function tests.
*I hope you are aware - that there should be sexual contact during ovulation phase
* Both of you to start Tablet Folvite and Multivitamins with Ginseng Twice daily (You have to stop Ginseng once pregnancy is confirmed) This is by conventional wisdom of practice. You have to keep sleeping after contact.
* You may please talk to your Family Physician about the trustworthy center in your city.

* If anything new , I will edit and send. LH:FSH is ok upto 2:1
