Brief Answer:
Swelling will reduce with rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A grade I sprain is a minor sprain. The mild swelling that you have will subside with rest and keeping the foot elevated on a pillow. The pain will decrease with a mild pain killer. You can ice the area and avoid all painful movements. Using an elastic brace will help in providing an extra support. It usually heals in 2-3 weeks with proper rest.
I hope this answers your query.
