Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
The reason for not having a good appetite when still hungry and weak can have "n" number of reasons.
Let me put to you some questions before I can answer your question properly.
1) How long has it been so? Is it acute or something which has been since years?
2) What is your current height and weight?
3) Do you think you are overweight?
4) What do you think is reason for not eating properly?
5) Is the food generally tasty?
6) How do you feel when you just think of food?
7) Are you having vomitings, nausea lately?
8) How is your mood since last 2 weeks?

I am sorry for asking these many details. But knowing these details will help me in serving you better.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Wish you good health,
Dr. Srikanth Reddy M.D.
