Hello again,

Thanks for follow up,

From presence of multiple anxiety symptoms, it appear that you are having anxiety disorder. Severity of anxiety may vary time to time, in your case it is associated with worries of health of self and family members, heaviness in body, tremor, muscle spasm, heaviness of head and feeling of high BP. If anxiety is not treated for long it lead to poor quality of life and depression.

Anxiety occur due to neurotransmitters imbalance in brain most commonly involving serotonin neurotransmitter. You may need treatment with psychiatrist to treat your anxiety. It is not clear if you received any treatment in past, but believe me people life changes after treatment.

In drug treatment two types of medicine used. For immediate relief of anxiety benzodiazepines group of medicines are used and for long term relief most commonly SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are used. SSRI takes around 3-4 weeks to show its effect. Non drug treatment like cognitive behaviour therapy (form of psychotherapy) also takes weeks to show its effect.

Apart from above advice following simple measures will help you:
-Decrease worrying about symptoms as they will cure after treatment.
-Healthy diet: Milk and fruits in diet (for vitamins).
-Daily morning walk and breathing exercise (continue aerobic exercises).
-Monitor your blood pressure (BP) and get it treated in presence of high BP. It may be related or unrelated to anxiety. But it will improve after treatment of anxiety if it is because of anxiety.
-Meditation, yoga or breathing exercises.

OK! Thanks for the answer. Yes I am treating anexity with excercise and eating fresh fruits and will use milk as well. Also some friends told me to use herbal medicine such as St. XXXXXXX Wort.

Last - You think I should also see ENT - for dizziness as some time I feel blocked ears or that is due to high blood pressure 145/90? Or get my blood checked as well?

Hello again,

It is good that you are already on already on healthy diet.

Dizziness can be due to:
-Anxiety
-High blood pressure
-Ear problem

It is better to seek treatment for hypertension if BP is persistently high. Same time get ENT opinion to rule out ear pathology.
