Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you give more information:
- The duration of symptoms
- Presence of associated medical illness
- Any medicine you are taking.

Common cause of fatigue and loss of energy is due to low hemoglobin or decrease in blood sugar levels.

I would like to suggest that you should get following investigations done:-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC).
2. Blood Sugar (Fasting and PP).
3. Lipid Profile.
4. Thyroid Profile.
5. Serum Electrolytes.
6. ECG.
The reports of the above mentioned investigations will be helpful in planning the management of your symptoms.

In the meantime you should take care of your diet - eat fresh fruits and vegetables. These will provide you with energy in a healthier way.
Drink lots of pure water as dehydration also results in fatigue.
You can take supplements containing antioxidants, which will also give you some relief.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. It will be nice if you get the investigations mentioned above and post the reports to me for further evaluation.

Regards
