Hi,
Thanks for answering the queries.
I would like to comment the following:

1. Your xray seems to be normal.
2. You need to visit a Pulmonologist and get your Pulmonary function tests done. If obstructive airway disease is diagnosed then inhalers may be be started to you.
3. Also the possibility of GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease) leading to chest tightness exists. Hence an antacid medication like Tb pantoprazole + domperidone can be taken by you (1 tablet in the morning before breakfast). Avoid spicy or heavy diet. Do not stay empty stomach for more than 4 hours.
4. If symptoms persist despite this then a HRCT scan of the thorax might be required along with further evaluation.

I hope I have answered your query. I will be glad to answer follow up queries if any.
Please accept my answer if you have no follow up queries.

Hi XXXXXXX
Most probably the chest heaviness may be due to underlying obstructive airway disease or GERD. It will be clear on Lung function test.If the lung function test is normal it would be better to get a HRCT thorax done.
