Hi XXXXXXX,
Firstly, cancer is a devastating disease. You should not waste energy thinking about it unless proven with tests.
A person with cancer has severe fatigue and loss of strength in the legs. One more thing, cancer occurs in a particular organ not in legs or whole body. And cancer of that particular organ leads to malfunction of that organ. It causes symptoms related to that organ. This makes you visit the doctor. I do not advice you to search for any disease by yourself. It will increase the anxiety and cause stressful reaction. This reaction can mimic cancer.
Now, about your reports, there is no abnormal finding. Since you are not losing weight this is more in against of cancer.
So, you are suffering from anxiety and depression which leads you to feel bad and all the symptoms you told.
I advice the following:
1. Try to believe that you have no disease. You are totally ok.
2. Nutritious and colorful diet will release biochemicals that activate your brain.
3. Take some time off the work and change the place for few days.
4. Spend more time among your loved ones. Allocate time for your health as part of planning future.
5. Watch movies, listen music.
6. You can rely on mild sedative agents like diazepam group at bed time. Escitalopram group helps elevate mood. Take these drugs after consulting a psychiatrist.
7. If above mentioned instruction does not improve your condition then consult with psychiatrist for counselling.
So, you do not have any disease or cancer which you should worried about. You just feel good and live well.
Let me know if you have any more question.
Regards.

Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for asking this question.

The symptoms you told are surely due to anxiety.
Mind is the most complicated thing. When you are depressed, you will find so many bad things in you.
For one second, I suppose you have some disease which causes this type of symptoms. Then tell me why it was not detected in any test? Because it is the feeling caused due to depression.

When you are depressed for long time you really need some medication.
In your case it is transforming into a complicated disease.

And one more thing, thinking / feeling of death is not a good sign.

Immediately consult with the Psychiatrist to start medicine.
DO NOT TAKE IT LIGHTLY.

If you do not start medicine then, it definitely increases and it will definitely turn into a psychological disorder. Only early starting of medicine can prevent the disease progression.

Regarding the diet - Rice is not a good thing to eat when you are gaining weight fast. So, change the diet to nutritious diet.
Let me know if you have any more question.
Regards.

but previously when i am anxious i never had these symptoms
now recently since past 1 month i am going through all this?

will panic anxiety symptoms will develop suddenly?

and as i told even when i am not anxious in a day for few hours also i find these symptoms, like leg shaking and dizziness
is it true that in panic anxiety the symptoms persist even when not anxious for few hours ?

but i keep on thinking that something bad is going to happen to me or i have a disease most of the hours
i will sit infront and serach for symptoms of all kind of cancers and if i feel like i have any one of those i will be worried that is why i went to mri brain and endoscopy of throat

one day i left as if i that was my last
i could not walk and feeling of fainting but i did not faint after few hours i was normal

Hello XXXXXXX,

Thank you for asking this question.

Yes, panic anxiety symptoms will develop suddenly.

Yes, it is true; symptoms may persist even when you feel that you are not anxious for few hours. But, for your information it is not the non-anxious hour. It is also the part of disease.

Information on the net doesn't apply to all cases. The details provided are only for information and personalising it to oneself do not help. So please do not search on the net. Visit a psychiatrist and I am sure you will feel much better.

I will be available to provide you more useful and personalised information should you wish to look for information on internet.
