Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I can appreciate your concern. However to give you a proper guidance I would like to have some more details:
1. Where exactly is the pain in the hands?
2. What is the type of pain?
3. How does is start or is it constant?
4. How long does it last?
5. How is it relieved?

Kindly upload a picture of the "nerves that look thick" using the facility provided on this platform for me to have a look.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction. Please feel free to revert back for any clarifications or if you have anything else to share.

Wishing your husband all the best.

Hi,

I appreciate the input provided by you. Unfortunately you have not provided all the details requested for to help you.

Have you given him any pain killer? If not then kindly give him one for relief. You may add an anti-allergic like cetirizine to reduce the itching.

I shall appreciate if you can upload a picture of the "thick nerves" using the facility provided on this platform for me to give you a guidance.

I hope I have answered your doubt to your satisfaction.

Regards,

Rajiv

Thanks Doctor.
The nerves are not thick now enough to take a photo.

The main complaint is the severe pain.

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

Do give your husband some pain killers and see the effect.

If the "nerves" are not thick for you to take a photo then you may be mistaking the "nerves" with something else which can only be assessed by an examination.

Wishing your husband all the best.

Regards,

Rajiv
