Hello,

Thanks for posting your query

Firstly the good thing is that your erection problem at your age can be most commonly due to performance stress, anxiety, fatigue etc.

Other medical reasons are diabetes, hypertension, hormonal issues etc.

It is usually not advisable to take any medication at such young age and it is recommended to rule ot the cause.

First of all you need to be confident and be stress free before the act as it is the root cause of erection issues.

You can do some exercises as stop-start or squeeze-pause technique. In stop start technique, near ejaculation, stop stroking.

In squeeze- pause technique, squeeze the end or the tip of the penis for 10 to 20 seconds when you are close to ejaculation and then resume stimulation after withholding for half a minute. If the symptoms persist then medications may be needed only after knowing the exact cause.

Have healthy balanced diet.

Do regular exercise as it helps in blood flow and builds confidence.

Avoid smoking and alcohol.

Hope this answers your query. I will be available for follow up.

Wishing you good health.

Regards.

thanks for your reply. Some say taking Suhagra 100Mg will help in erection problem. So is that advaisable to take the tablet.does it affects the quality of the sperm???

Hello,

Thanks for the follow up

Suhagra contains Sildenafil citrate and is used for erection problems in men due to some underlying issues as Diabetes, blood pressure or increasing age. In your case you had mentioned stress as the reason. I suggest to intervene there and adopt the stress reduction techniques.

Some common things are:
1) Regular aerobic exercise.
2) Good sleep for 8 hours a day.
3) Train on Yoga from an expert.

Sildenafil Citrate does not interfere with the quality of sperm and motility. it can boost your confidence levels. It may be necessary at this time. However I would leave the decision to your treating doctor and you to decide its benefits in your case. Since it is a prescription medicine you are advised to consult your doctor.

Wishing you Good Health!

one last question
if i ejaculate sperm into my wife when my penis is small due to erectile problem does it have any difference regarding the quality of the sperm

Hello,

Thanks again for writing

During ejaculate semen contains millions of sperm and only of the sperm from them swims and fertilizes the egg.The size of the penis does not make any difference in the quality and fertilization.
Relax yourself as your semen analysis report is fine.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

Thanks for writing

Sperm motility is not affected by any factor whether you ejaculate or not. As you have mentioned that the semen analysis was fine that does cover motility even.

You can ejaculate whenever you have the intercourse (if after few days or even daily).

You can use Lignocaine gel for application before the intercourse to maintain erection but as you are trying for conception it is better to avoid it.

The best time in a woman's cycle is 9 to 16 days in a regular 28 to 32 day cycle and first day of period is counted as day one. It is the ovulation time and is the most fertile time.

Sperms can stay alive for up to 5 days in the female genital tract.

I hope this answers your query.
