Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Elevation of Homocystine to more than 100 is called severe – yours is in intermediate range.
This itself can be the result of vitamin B-12 deficiency – which is common in vegetarians...

It is good that you avoid tobacco and alcohol...
Minimum of 0.5 mg of B-12 / and 1 mg of folic acid / along with 10 mg of B-6 – is the usual requirement for correcting and replacing the deficit. There are several commercial preparations; containing far higher amounts – your treating doctor will prescribe one.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
