Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray and PFT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Coughing with expectorantion of white, green and black colour suggest lung infection.
And in the background of chronic asthma and bronchitis, chances of lung infection are high.
You also had cold (viral infection) in january. This also cause lung infection.
So your symptoms are suggestive of lung infection.
So consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system.
2. Chest x ray.
3. PFT ( pulmonary function test ).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed to diagnose asthma and bronchitis.
PFT will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment is based on severity only.
In my opinion you should take regular treatment for breathing issue.
So at present consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray and PFT and first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
