Thanks for the query.

S/co ratio if antibody title in HCV suggests Signal to cut-off ratio. This is a method of laboratory standardization for a variety of lab reagents used in Radioimmunoassay of HCV antibodies. Any S/co value of more than 1 is significant and a level of 11 will suggest further RNA testing for deciding on treating established HCV.
