Brief Answer:
Low quantities with muscle building exercises - can take.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. I usually avoid prescribing my patients with market products as there preparation is sometimes unsafe.

2. Endura mass, if taken in limited quantities, is ok. However, the amount necessary would be inadequate. If taken in higher doses, it can increase weight through fat deposition, which is not advisable.

3. If you want to take Endura mass, you need to increase fiber intake and also more fluids through water and fruit juice.

4. Better would be to to go for natural proteins like soya or mild products directly along with fiber rich food from fruits and vegetables.

5. Most importantly, your muscle mass loss might be the cause of your reduced weight. Exercises - even mild, will give muscular stimulation to improve. Without exercises, fat content will increase, which at this age can cause complications.

6. As you are fairly healthy, if necessary you can take endura mass in maybe upto 200 g/day along with other diet rich in fibers. Make sure your overall calorie intake does not cross 3000 cal/day. Protein requirement should be 1g/ kg body weight. Exercises is necessary.

Without muscle building exercises, endura mass is a not advisable.

If you have any liver or renal diseases or diabetes, Endura mass needs to be avoided.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
