Question: Been on amoxicillian 1000mg 3x a day for ear sinus infection now have a red pimple like sore on back of throat with tons of post nasal drip. what is this and could it be from amoxicillian

Hi Mam,

I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the granular pharyngitis and it could not be from the amoxicillin.

Personally I advised to you that with amoxicillin you also take
1. Nasal decongestant and systemic decongestant.
2. Vitamin C 500mg three times a day.
3. Steam inhalation three times a day at least for five minutes.

Avoid ear bud, oil and water in the ear.
