Question: I have an issue of nocturnal teeth grinding (Bruxism as I read over Internet). I am an adult 33 year old male. Is it due to stress?

Bruxism or grinding of teeth is speculated to be caused due to a number of causes but no actual and definite correlation has been found. Its cause is unknown and I would not attribute it to stress. I do not think that you other than dental issues, there is any reason to get concerned about it.
