newborn infant is the result of medical treatment administered to the mother or the newborn infant"

At 37 weeks a happy healthy baby already, would they have reason to do anything

No i am still pregnant. In the beginning of my pregnancy i spoke to my doctor about my use. After the morning sickness was over at 4 months, i stopped smoking marajuana. I recently had a small slip and my body immediately rejected it however its still in my system. I have three more weeks to go but am still worried that if it shows up they may get cps involved, when. I did talk to my doctor he only said it wasnt recommended that is it. Im scared of any surprises though agter birth
