Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been diagnosed to have enlarged Prostate and taking Tomsulosin .

As regards your query regarding efficacy of prostate massage I would state that Prostate Massage does not help to reduce the size of the enlarged prostate .It helps to discharge the prostatic secretion and there by reduce congestion of prostate and helps to improve obstructive voiding symptoms to some extent but does not reduce the size of the gland .

It is not a permanent solution to resolve the issue of enlarged prostate .
