Does Periods Get Delayed When On Susten?
Question: My doctor suggested me to take susten 200 after my ovulation date(13th day) for 16 days
Today it's my 14th day after ovulation and I have not get any periods.
I have heard that when you are on susten , you don't get periods?
Or I didn't get periods as I'm pregnant ,please explain

Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You are not getting periods most probably because you are on susten. Susten is progesterone and it causes delay in periods till it is used.
My advise is to wait for another 2 weeks then get a pregnancy test done.
If it is positive continue susten till 3 more months.
If it is negative then I would stop susten. You will get period within 7 days after stopping it.
