Question: hi, I have been having problem losing weight but gaining extremely easy even while I work out 5 times a week I still gain and have not lost at all just put on weight. could that be due to my multiple sclerosis?

Multiple sclerosis itself does not increase the weight its rather the use of medicines for it like steroids as prednisone, whose major side effect is weight gain.
But it should not be the excuse of weight gain and should focussed on to lose through natural means.
