Brief Answer:
a clot is not possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you haven't mentioned the units but I supposed that the lab considers the d-dimers "positive" when they exceed 500. Negative d-dimers effectively excludes any thrombotic condition, so you shouldn't worry about a clot. The mentrual cycle is not supposed to affect its levels significantly.

Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
it's normal

Detailed Answer:
Whatever is below the cutoff level is considered normal. No DVT or other thrombotic condition is linked to such low levels...

Kind Regards!
