Brief Answer:
Masturbation is completely harmless

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Masturbation is completely harmless and it is not associated with any problem. In fact it is similar to sex with no risk of contracting any diseases.

The other thing is called premature ejaculation and can be tackled in following way.

Premature ejaculation can be treated or controlled with the help of behavioral methods and the medications.

The behavioral techniques need to be practiced during sex and yield results over a time. Even your partner can assist you in some of the techniques like squeeze technique.

The techniques are difficult to explain here but you can just google 'kegel method ' to understand it. For good results it is recoomended to have 100 contractions per day which can be divided in three to four times a day as per your convenience.
The other techniques are
1. Squeeze technique
2. Start- stop method
3. Interruption technique
U can choose any of them if they suit you.

Premature ejaculation can be controlled by medications.

SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation. These drugs are as following:
Tablet. Paroxetine [paxil 25 mg] at night or
Tablet. Fluoxetine [Prozac 20 mg] in the morning after the breakfast.. or
Tablet. Sertraline [Zoloft 50 mg] at night. Increase the dose to 100 mg after 15 days.

A person with premature ejaculation need to take any of these drugs regularly and its effect will appear only after 15 to 20 days.

Another strategy is to take drug one hour before sex. The another antidepressant drug dapoxetine [sustinex 30 mg] is given one hour before sex and it cause delayed ejaculation.

I hope this answers your question.

Brief Answer:
No it does not affect sperm count

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

As I said earlier masturbation is completely harmless and do not affect in any way including sperm count. Complaint of low back pain and knee pain are indicative of low hemoglobin or other pathology rather than masturbation. There is also possibility of some joint problem so checking with rheumatologist is highly suggested.

Before you want to increase the sperm count you need to know what is current level.
For dong same you can get a lab report of semen analysis from nearby laboratory. It is simple and cheap test and reveals number of sperms in semen.

Regarding your comment about prescription I must make it clear that they are just for information and not a prescription. To get a prescription you need to visit a doctor as all the mentioned medications are available on prescription only and over the counter sell is unethical considering numerous side effects.

It is better to consult a doctor so that you are medically examined and a prescription can be given accordingly.

I hope this makes things clear for you.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
size do not affect sexual pleasure

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for follow up.

Size do not affect sexual pleasure for both men and women. To satisfy a average women a penis of three inch and more is sufficient as only one third of female vagina is sensitive to experience pleasure.

Masturbation is completely harmless and it is not associated with any problem. It does not affect your sex life or fertility in any way.

Early discharge is called premature ejaculation and definitely it is a problem. Your wife may not satisfy if you discharge so early.

I hope this clarifies.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Treatment of early discharge already mentioned

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for follow up.

I have extensively covered the treatment of premature ejaculation in early part of question answer and I do not feel there is further scope for anything at this stage.

The normal time to discharge is subjective thing and there is no time limit. The discharge which leaves you and your partner unsatisfied is called premature ejaculation. In most persons this time is less than two minutes and any discharge occurring before two minutes is called premature.

About the side effects of masturbation I have already stated that there is nothing which is called side effects of masturbation. The technique and posture is depend on your choice and comfort.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards
