Brief Answer:
Masturbation does not affect the nerves

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Most common cause for not attaining sufficient erection is psychological factors along with stress. Masturbation does not affect the erection neither does it harm the nerves supplying the Penis.

The size of testis depends on surrounding temperature. Any factor which causes the surrounding temperature to be hot including tight underwear, sweating or warm weather causes the testis to appear loose and enlarged. There is no reason to be worried about it.

I would suggest you the following

1. Avoid masturbation for 3 to 4 days

2. Adequate sleep: Uninterrupted sleep for 6 to 8 hours a day will be helpful

3. Adequate intake of water

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care

I really didn't masturbate but I saw in internet that if you hold the shaft of your penis with one hand and slowly pull your penis in a OK position from other hand you will get length of an inch. Could it be that caused it? Could it be that I have high blood sugar since in the past 2 days I am having a dry mouth and not having much appetite. I am also very depressed and can not concentrate on my routine work.

Brief Answer:
Anxiety and depression are cause for problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Dear Sir

Internet is full of vast resources and variety of information, the authenticity of which can't be guaranteed. Part of penis is burried in pre-pubic pad of fat, so pulling of the shaft of penis will cause only apparent increase in length of penis. Also such procedure are harmless and unlikely to cause any harm.

As i mentioned to you earlier, stress, anxiety and depression are root causes of your problem. So being relaxed and abstinence from sexual activity for few days will be beneficial.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life

Take Care
