Doing masturbation before marriage will affect in sexual life with partner in future...? further does it affect to our health growth....? please let me know the Merits and demerit of this.

Thanks for the query.

Masturbation is equivalent of intercourse. Masturbation is the release of sexual tension by himself or herself. Masturbation is absolutely normal phenomenon.

However, excess of everything is bad and hence you should not overdo masturbation also. Excess of masturbation can lead to addiction and also lead to the problem of premature ejaculation in later sexual life.

You can practice and should practice masturbation; but in moderation.
