Brief Answer:
Laser treatment safe if not currently pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. There are no reports or studies stating that the laser treatment affects fertility. You can take laser treatment safely, however there are no clear effects of the laser treatment on the fetus if you are already pregnant. So, it is better avoided in pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Weight reduction appropriate

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Conception in PCOS is a bit difficult due to hormonal disturbances in the body. The infertility management in PCOS is done stepwise, the next step to be done when the previous step fails:
1. Weight reduction
2. Ovulation induction by drugs
3. Intrauterine insemination
4. In vitro fertilization
Weight reduction of about 5% leads to improvement in hormonal disturbances in PCOS, increase the chances of spontaneous conception.
Glycomet is metformin which is given to regulate the blood sugar levels and hence improve the hormonal changes in PCOS patient.MCBM is multivitamin.
Yes you are on right lines of management, but if IUI has failed twice in your case, you may have to again go for IUI, and if it fails then you may resort to IVF.However, chances to conceive by IUI increase if you loose weight.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Can conceive normally
