Posted on Sat, 28 Nov 2015
Question: I had sex on Tuesday the 3/11/15 and the guy came inside me! I've got a smear test on Thursday the 12/11/15 do you think all the cum will have gone and it'll be ok? I'm scared this will be my second time getting a spear because my first one came back saying it wasn't clear

Brief Answer:
This event will not affect smear

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about pap smear.

Following is my reply:

1) There is gap of 10 days between sexual intercourse and smear test.

2) The smear test will not be affected as the sperms if any would have been washed out in these 10 days.

3) There is nothing to worry about this event affecting your smear clarity.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
